How to do a video meeting

Download the app Alltid Öppet free of charge from the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery. Log in securely with BankID or Freja eID Plus.

Book a video meeting for yourself or for your child up to 13 years.

A few minutes before the agreed time, you log in to the app. You will find your video conference under the heading "Mina ärenden". Press "videomöte" and then "starta video". The video meeting starts when the caregiver joins the meeting.

Sit in a quiet place with a good internet connection where you can talk undisturbed, feel free to use a headset.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation or rebooking must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked time. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the visit, or in the event of a no-show, the full fee will be charged.
Missed visits cost 400kr. The most important reason to notify us in advance is so that someone else that needs assistance can get your time slot instead. This policy therefore applies also to those who have an exemption card as well as children and young adults under the age of 18. Even if you normally would’ve paid for your visit, you may be charged if the visit was canceled without notifying us or if there was a no-show.

In order to choose your preferred health centre, you need to request to be listed there. In Stockholm county, you have the right to choose your own doctor / health centre. You do this by filling in a form and then handing it in or mailing it to us. It is free of charge to be listed at a health centre.
You can pick up a form from us, fill it in yourself and leave it at our reception. There is a form for adults and a separate one for children. You can also register via 1177 Vårdguiden's e-services.
You can also change physicians if you wish. We are happy to assist with that, either by ringing us or when you arrive at the reception.
