How are you? Really?
Health Checks
You can book an appointment for a medical if you’d like to get a formal health status report. You do not need to be ill to have a full medical health check.
Health check
Undergoing a full medical health check is a good way of investing in your future health. You get a report on your physical status that you can use as the baseline to, for example, changing to a healthier lifestyle. It can also be a way to detect and prevent things that could affect your health negatively in the future.
A full medical can identify things like hypertension and signs of possible infection or other things that could put your health at risk in the future. At the follow-up appointment with your doctor, you can get advice and tips on lifestyle changes you can make to feel better or alternatively get basic advice on medication. You can also book a full medical if you need to prove a clean bill of health for employers that demand a health certificate.
What is included in a medical health check?
A full medical includes taking bloods, doing x-rays and performing spirometry tests. We check the condition of your heart, kidneys, cholesterol and iron levels. You receive results of the tests and consequently of your body and organs’ state of health.
There are three health checks that you can choose from. We adapt the health checks depending on your medical history and take into consideration your age and your own questions around your health. Make an appointment with a doctor to get a clearer picture of your exact needs.
